General Help
WELCOME TO HUCK IT! The most realistic mobile ski game EVER.

Touch your RIDER to begin skiing.

STEER your rider by TILTING your device. Be sure to avoid those pesky TREES!

JUMP by SHAKING your device or tapping the DIGITAL JUMP BUTTON on the SCREEN. The closer you can get to the CLIFF before taking off, the bigger your jump will be.

Pay attention to the WIND ICON in the top right corner of your screen as the WIND WILL AFFECT YOUR MOTION IN-AIR. The WIND ICON indicates the direction in which the wind is blowing. If the wind is blowing WEST, aim your rider EAST to counterbalance it.

HUCK IT is designed to be the MOST REALISTIC SKI EXPERIENCE possible. The ELEMENTS can play a factor in the game, including WIND, STORMS, VISIBILITY, and MORE.

Huck It utilizes REAL WORLD PHYSICS. Like in REAL SKIING, the best way to ACCELERATE is to FIND the BEST ANGLE down the SLOPE (the FALL LINE). Your SKIS leave a TRAIL each time you shred, allowing you to FOLLOW or ALTER your PATH to the CLIFF.

USE THE DIGITIZED JOYSTICK to control your rider IN-AIR and LAND CLEANLY.

UTILIZE PRACTICE MODE to learn how to CONTROL, JUMP, and LAND YOUR RIDER, as well as explore the level.

Each LEVEL of HUCK IT has THREE ROUNDS, THREE TIERS, and THREE DIFFICULTIES.

The ROUNDS consist of FREERIDE, BONUS ROUND, and RACING.

Unlock the NEXT TIER by completing all THREE ROUNDS on your CURRENT TIER.

Unlock the NEXT DIFFICULTY by completing EACH TIER of your current LEVEL.

UNLOCK the NEXT LEVEL by completing ALL TIERS on ALL DIFFICULTIES on your CURRENT LEVEL.
 
Freeride Mode
Each level begins in FREERIDE.

The OBJECTIVE of FREERIDE is to ski down STEEP TERRAIN, JUMP CLIFFS, and PERFORM HUGE TRICKS.

In FREERIDE, you must ski off the CLIFF and LAND CLEANLY once in each of the the SHINING LANDING ZONES to SCORE POINTS.

The LANDING ZONES are differentiated by DIAMOND RATINGS. The SINGLE DIAMOND LANDING ZONE is the easiest, while the TRIPLE DIAMOND LANDING ZONE is the hardest. Your score is amplified by the level of the LANDING ZONE on which you land.

While in the air, use the DIGITIZED JOYSTICK to perform tricks—including front-flips, backflips, and 360s—to add to your score. TRICK POINTS only count if you land CLEANLY in one of the DIAMOND LANDING ZONES.

Each TIER features DIFFERENT LANDING ZONES.

SCORING for FREERIDE is as follows:

Tricks - 1 TRICK PER LANDING ZONE
 
  • Iron Cross – default ski position, what the character is doing now x 1 Point Multiplier
  • Helicopter – (360 Deg motion, either left or right) x 2 Point Multiplier
  • Back Flip x 3 Point Multiplier
  • Front Flip x 4 Point Multiplier

Landing Zone - 3 ZONES PER TIER
 
  • ♦ Single Black Diamond [BIG] – 5 Points
  • ♦♦ Double Black Diamond [MEDIUM] – 10 Points
  • ♦♦♦ Triple Black Diamond [SMALL] – 25 Points

Tiers - 3 TIERS PER DIFFICULTY
 
  • ♦ Single Black Diamond [Easy] – 10 Points
  • ♦♦ Double Black Diamond [Medium] – 50 Points
  • ♦♦♦ Triple Black Diamond [Hard] – 100 Points

Difficulty - 3 DIFFICULTIES PER LEVEL

 
  • Difficult ♦ – Point Multiplier [x1]
  • More Difficult ♦♦ – Point Multiplier [x2]
  • Most Difficult ♦♦♦– Point Multiplier [x3]
Race Mode
Upon completing the bonus round, you begin RACE MODE.

In RACE MODE, the objective is RACE down the SLOPES and reach the FINISH LINE as quickly as possible. Again, the name of the game is angles here. Find the best angle down the FALL LINE to attain the best time.

Your SCORE is CALCULATED by SUBTRACTING the TIME you take to REACH the FINISH LINE from 100.

Each RED WAX collected in the preceding BONUS ROUND accounts for a BOOST in RACE MODE, however, RED WAX does not transfer over beyond the completion of the RACE, so make sure to use them all while you can.

When you complete any round, you reach the next tier. Each level has THREE TIERS. Complete all THREE TIERS to unlock the NEXT DIFFICULTY. Completing the all the TIERS on all of the DIFFICULTIES unlocks the NEXT LEVEL.
Bonus Round
Once you beat a tier of FREERIDE, you move on to the BONUS ROUND

In the bonus round, you take control of SNOWBOARDING ABE LINCOLN as he ROCKS THE SLOPES. You receive POINTS FOR EVERY SECOND WITHOUT CRASHING. Move left and right using the buttons on the screen. Jump to avoid cliffs by pressing the JUMP button.

Pick up WAX for bonus points. The bonus round features YELLOW, RED, BLUE and GREEN WAX (find their SCORING VALUE). The METER at the top of your screen counts how many of each WAX you attain in your run.

SCORING is as follows:

  • 1 SECOND = 1 POINT
WAX:
 
  • YELLOW = 5 POINTS
  • RED = 10 POINTS + TURBO
  • BLUE = 25 POINTS + ARMOR
  • GREEN = 25 POINTS + 10 SECOND 2X MULTIPLIER
The bonus round is an excellent opportunity to boost your points. Any RED WAX collected in the BONUS ROUND accounts for a TURBO in RACE MODE, however, turbos are only applicable for ONE ROUND and disappear upon completion of the RACE.

Ski Shop
Enter the SKI SHOP at any time for a SELECTION OF NEW GEAR available for IN-APP PURCHASE. You can CUSTOMIZE your JACKET, PANTS, and your SKIS. Different skis have different strengths and weaknesses which you can view on the SKI SHOP MENU.

Leaderboard
Whenever you play Huck It, your score is AUTOMATICALLY UPLOADED to the LEADERBOARDS. HUCK IT features two leaderboards, one for FREERIDE and one for RACING MODE.

You can PAUSE the game at any time and click SHARE to CONNECT with your FRIENDS by POSTING YOUR SCORE to FACEBOOK AND/OR TWITTER.
